Come in from the cold this Autumn and take a seat in our intimate Garden Lounge Bar for an evening of live music from some of the most talented acts in the city.

Lomax is the name Stevie Lee Waugh goes by when playing his blues. A name chosen in respect to old blues times originally caught on tape by the great Allan Lomax. A regular with Monkey Junk Blues Club, Lomax's playing is solid; using an over 80 year old Stella guitar through a Marshal JCM 900 valve amplifier giving it a rich tone that has always been a talking point whenever he plays. One of the best solo bluesman in Newcastle,make sure you get down to see him .

Tom Fletcher & Imogen Bose Ward

American & Scottish folk tunes from lush acoustic guitar and fiddle duo.

Thu 5 December - The Cusp & Sue Markall

The Cusp are Imogen Bowes-Ward, Ada Francis and Will Hammond, they are a folk and trad trio taking the genre in new directions with exceptional fiddle, harp and percussion playing. They released their first EP this year and this is a rare chance to catch them.

Sue Markall is a local signer and guitarist with a gorgeous voice, a GCT regular; she'll be playing a few of her favourite songs.

Our bar will be open from 5pm with music starting from 7pm, we will have have snacks available to enjoy, all in the cosy surroundings of our Garden Lounge.
