Live music is BACK at Gosforth Civic Theatre! To cure the post-lockdown blues we are putting on gigs in our community garden.
Shipcote & Friends are the hot Geordie country swing troupe.
The band has been around the block a few times with leader Graham (Guitar/ Vocals) the silver foxed songwriter who perambulates in Gateshead. Jon on Double Bass lives way out in the country. He likes playing a little bit of country too. Bry (Guitar/Banjo) is the jazzy guitar master who had some early music career success then opted to opened a shop & finally Cath (Fiddle/Accordion) who’s a great musician, life teacher & lovely curly haired Lincolnshire lady.
You can come down and see them in a safe, socially distanced environment by reserving a table for up to 6 people from no more than two different households. Our staff will serve you drinks to and from your table so can concentrate on enjoying this free gig and get used the 'the new normal'.
