COMMUNITY ACTIVITY

We are a hive of activity throughout the week with loads of courses, classes and workshops for those that want to get involved in the arts, socialise, or just want to try something new.

GCT GAMING SOCIAL

Every Tuesday, 6pm - 8pm. Free drop in.

Our super relaxed Gaming Social is a place where gamers of all ages can come together to play our huge range of consoles and play games on our massive cinema screen with your friends.

We started our in person Gaming Social in 2017 as a way for people who love gaming to get together and socialise over something we’re all passionate about. We've amassed a collection of games and consoles across Mega Drive, Spectrum and NES to VR and PS5 and loads in between, we also have regular group games of Super Smash Bros on the switch beamed on to our big screen.

BABIES AND TODDLER'S FREEPLAY

Thursdays 9am - 2pm, free drop in.

Every Thursday the John Jennings Studio turns into a haven of fun for little ones! Come down and enjoy a lovely coffee and a cake, breakfast or lunch and a chat, all while the mini ones play in a safe space.

Our toy selection will be reduced following COVID19 but we are encouraging parents and children to bring their own favourite toys to play with in the space.

QUEER CRAFT CLUB

1st Wednesday of every month, 6pm - 8pm. Free drop in, donations welcome.

We welcome anyone who identifies as LGBTQIA+ to come down and bring whatever amazing arts and crafts you are working on and get together to share our crafts, socialise or even make a new friend or 2. We want this to be an inclusive and safe space for all to be yourselves and get creative.

So tell your friends and bring them along to, it will be brilliant if we can build a creative community here at GCT.

FAMOUS 415

Sundays during term time, 9am - 5.30pm

Whether you’re content to sing into your hairbrush or have serious ambitions to make it in the industry, Famous 4.15 has something for you. We offer a range of classes for children and young people who want to develop their performance skills and have a good time.

Since 2001, Famous415 has offered real-life industry experience to give everyone their chance to shine. And we’re talking about being both in front of, and behind, the camera.

Our main focus is on live performances but in addition to those we provide a whole host of exciting opportunities including workshops, master classes, collaborations and Trinity College London Examinations.

We enjoy making beautiful sounds together, as well as more 'crunchy' harmonies and uplifting songs. You can ‘like’ and ‘share’ us on Facebook.

This term will be led by Sharon and Dave live, with Bex on Zoom and special visits from Katherine. Mouthful Voices is also a project choir for special events and performances. New members are absolutely and always welcome!
